Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, customers will be notified via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 15–25 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–14 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information will become active within 24–48 hours.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order or expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Delayed Deliveries

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
